Samsung reveals a new color for the Galaxy S6

It has been more than ten days since Samsung was presented in Barcelona to show us the new Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. Considered the best devices at the Mobile World Congress, their success has been resounding. This is revealed by the figures that the new flagship of the Koreans is reaching during the open reservation period, which exceeded 20 million in record time. However, the surprises do not end there, and it is that the official website of Samsung in the United Kingdom has included one more color to those announced last March 1. Do you want to know what it is?

Samsung announced five colors for its new terminals. Three of them common for the two models: Platinum Gold, Pearl White and Sapphire Black; a Galaxy S6 exclusive: Topaz Blue; and a Galaxy S6 Edge exclusive: Emerald Green. The range included the two typical options of the manufacturer, the gold that has been so fashionable since the end of 2013 and a slightly more daring and especially attractive alternative for each of them.

Now Samsung has revealed a new tonality through its official portal in the United Kingdom, it is a brown tone that in line with the rest of the colors (all refer to metals or precious stones) is surely bronze X, where X would be a surname chosen according to the brightness that this color offers in the glass case of the Galaxy S6. Samsung has greatly improved the design of its flagship and with the colors wants to elevate it (symbolically) to the category of "jewel".

We cannot ignore the possibility of an error of any of the managers of the web. It is possible that we keep the unknown until the same launch day, which we remember is dated for the next April 10. Still a month ahead in which this issue will surely come up again. The reasons why this bronze could not have been included among the announced colors could be several, one of them arriving with some type of promotion or exclusively with a British operator, but then why publish it on the official website? In any case, it doesn't seem like the best choice to expand the color palette, does it? Would you like it?
