Wacom includes multi-touch technology in its new Cintiq 24HD, a high-end tablet aimed primarily at professional digital content creators. It combines multi-touch with pen technology, highly valued by Wacom tablet users. New and more advanced designs for professionals to make their creations as easy as possible.
The new Wacom Cintiq 24HD features an enhanced multi-touch screen of 24 inches, capable of displaying 1070 billion colors, which is 97% of Adobe's color gamut. This large screen allows you to work with both hands on it at the same time, offering great comfort to develop and work with large-format designs. Its ergonomic support allows the screen to be placed both in a vertical and inclined position with different angles, to easily adapt to any working position. It has hot keys and customizable menus, which save the designer time when performing common tasks.
La Cintiq 22HD presents a screen of 21.5 inches, with panoramic format and features similar to those of the 24-inch model. It should be noted that its support allows rotate the screen 180 º in any sense. Its professional pen detects pressure and tilt, giving the designer great control over drawing effects.
Wacom's Cintiq models allow you to create both 2D and 3D content and provide them with animation. Video editing tasks can also be performed in addition to traditional digital imaging, graphic design and illustration tasks.
The prices of both models are out of the reach of all those who, liking graphic design, are not professionals. The model Cintiq 24HD will hit the market at the end of August and will cost about $3500, while the price of Cintiq 22HD will be $1800 and will be available in the market this same month of July.
