The assortment of game console emulators for the system Android is quite extensive, but to date there was a lack of one that would allow us to make the games of PSP. PPSSPP, newcomer to Google Play, is the first PSP emulator for Google's operating system.
It is curious that, of all the game emulators for video consoles that we can find in Android, missing just one that would allow us to enjoy those of PSP, if we take into account that these games, being designed based on the small screens of a portable game console, are very appropriate for smartphones and tablets. We had already presented you some examples that allowed us recover great classics of video games to enjoy them on our tablets Android, but now PPSSPP also allows us to put an end to this deficiency regarding the PSP, since despite not being a specific program for Android (it also works on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux) it is the first that can be used with this operating system.
It must be taken into account, as our colleagues at Android Ayuda report, that this is a project still in development, which still has a lot to grow, although the fact that it is a program Open Source and allowing any user to make improvements will help increase the speed of the process. If you install it in any case, you will immediately receive all the updates and improvements that may be applied.
One of the consequences of this development process is that the compatibility list is still relatively short. However, the problem is much greater for smartphones, and instead it is confirmed that it works on some of the most popular Android tablets, such as Nexus 7 y Asus Transformer.
