Specifically, it gives us a didactic approach to those dishes that the elBulli team He was lucky enough to eat before he began to delight the exclusive diners who flocked to the now closed restaurant. Many of them were collected in the book The family kitchen, on which that application is based.
Coinciding with a visit by Ferrán Adrià to Brazil, the operator has decided to launch this application also for Windows tablets and free. Finally, we have interesting data about the figure of the chef and about the operation of the mythical restaurant, now turned into a foundation, with texts, photos and videos illustrating it.
The offers you mentioned at the beginning will only last a week, returning later to the high prices of before.
