El Asus PadFone Infinity it's an incredible device in terms of approach. After it was presented in Barcelona during this year's Mobile World Congress we have seen it in different unboxing videos and some hands on, thanks to the lucky ones who live in countries where it has been possible to buy or in which it has reached below table. But now it is the turn of the performance tests or benchmarks to really find out what to expect and how it competes against other great models.

The results are more than interesting, given that it is only a few points below an HTC One or a Samsung Galaxy S4. This is not surprising given that we are facing a terminal of 5 inches with Full HD screen (1920 x 1080) which contains a chip inside Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 de, consisting of a 1,7GHZ quad-core CPU and an Adreno 320 GPU, accompanied by 2 GB of RAM. It has a memory of 16 GB or 32 GB. Its power, as you know, not only applies to when we use it as a phone, but it is also the engine of a 10.1-inch tablet where it can be inserted.

In the video that we show you below, the phone goes through a good number of tests: GLBenchmar 2.5.1, GeekBench, Vellamo, Quadrant, NenaMark 2 and AnTuTu.

The results are more than positive. In Quadrant it obtains a little more than 12.000 points, only slightly below the two current benchmarks: the S4 and the HTC One. In AnTuTu it obtains 24.543 points, only 350 points below Samsung's new smartphone. In GeekBench it gets better grades than its two direct competitors and passes by the Nexus 10 that had been a benchmark until recently. In NenaMark it can reproduce video at 60 fps, something quite normal and affordable. In AnTuTu it is on par with the two models mentioned above and exceeds 20.000 points.

In short, we are facing a real beast.
