Although the direct rival of Samsung for the flagships of LG has traditionally been the S-range, the screen size increase in the last LG G3 makes it in fact more relevant to compare it to the range Galaxy Note and, as you know, the last generation of this has seen the light recently. We show you a comparative between both devices, two of the best phablet with Quad HD display that have seen the light, by the way, so that you can decide which is the one that best suits your preferences.
Integrated
With regard to aesthetics, we find two quite different devices, with a clearer front and almost completely occupied by the screen in the case of the LG G3 and with a more conventional design, very much in line with the rest of smartphones from Samsung, including physical buttons, in the case of Galaxy Note 4. Although in both cases the housing is mainly made of plastic, in the phablet of LG we find a metallic finish, while in that of Samsung the classic fake fur appears.
Dimensions
The dimensions of the Galaxy Note 4 are somewhat greater than that of the LG G3, although not everything is a question of design, since, in fact, its screen is slightly larger: the first measures 15,25x7,86 inch and the second 14,63x7,46 inch. The phablet of Samsung it is also noticeably heavier (176 grams against 149 grams), although somewhat less thick (8,5 mm against 8,9 mm).
Screen
In addition to the aforementioned size difference (5.7 inches for Galaxy Note 4 y 5.5 inches for LG G3), on the phablet of Samsung we meet a panel AMOLED, but without the usual criticism being attributed to this type of screen, judging by the results of the first analyzes. In the resolution section, in any case, the tie is absolute, with 2560 x 1440 in both cases (although the pixel density is logically somewhat lower in the new Galaxy Note due to its size).
Performance
The difference of a few months between the launch of one smartphone and the other, however, is felt in the performance section, in which the Galaxy Note 4 has the advantage of mounting a processor Snapdragon 805 a 2,7 GHz versus Snapdragon 801 a 2,5 GHz of the LG G3. Both have, in any case, 3 GB RAM (although in the case of the LG G3 only the 32 GB model).
Storage capacity
The storage capacity limit is in both cases 32 GB but, fortunately for those who need more space, with both devices we have the option of expanding the memory externally, through cards micro-SD.
Cameras
El Galaxy Note 4 It has a main chamber of 16 MP, well above the 13 MP of the LG G3, in the same way that happens with the front camera (3,7 MP against 2,1 MP). In both cases, however, we find an interesting characteristic, such as optical image stabilizer. Bill LG G3 has in its favor, for its part, a dual LED flash.
Battery
From Galaxy Note 4 the only thing we can say at the moment is that it has a large capacity battery, with 3220 mAh, clearly superior to that of 3000 mAh of the LG G3. We will have to wait, as we always remember, for the independent autonomy tests to see which of the two offers us more real hours of use.
Price
We are still waiting for official confirmation for the price of the Galaxy Note 4, but it seems pretty certain that it will be higher than the LG G3, especially now that this has been in stores for some time and can already be found in some distributors for less than $500. In any case, we will be attentive to any news to inform you immediately.

In Spain the LG G3 has 2 GB of RAM. Also, it does not have a metallic finish, but a plastic that imitates it.
