Just a couple of days ago we were reviewing the tablets that we still had pending for the remainder of the year and we pointed between her at the Galaxy Tab A2 SThe new mid-range Samsung tablet, and now, in a new proof that his launch must be right around the corner, they've appeared press images that show it to us in detail.

It is not that we can say that we are not going to get any big surprise either because through the manual that had appeared online we had already been able to get a first idea of its design. There is a big difference, in any case, between a simple scheme and press images like the ones we have right now, with which we no longer need to put any imagination on our part.
And we must recognize that the sensations that these leave us pictures They're really good, and even though we don't expect it to come with a metal casing (although we'd certainly be happy to be surprised in this regard), they still look pretty premium. Not only does it seem that we are going to find very good finishes, something that we take for granted in Samsung devices, but from an aesthetic point of view they are quite elegant.
For the rest, a single glance is enough to realize that we are dealing with a Samsung tablet, with the home button and the smooth lines of the Galaxy Tab. It does seem that there will be changes, however, in the colors in which it will be available and that, instead of having a white model, it would be launched only in gold and black.
What will the price of the Galaxy Tab A2 S be?
The medium from which the images come has left us, yes, a couple of data that have surprised us a bit. On the one hand, instead of Snapdragon 435 that we expected at first, mentions a Snapdragon 425, which is true that even if we're not going to get out of the input processors, it would be a bit of a disappointment. We will have to wait to see if it is confirmed.
The other data that has puzzled us a bit is the price for which they estimate that it will be launched and that they put in $220, raising 100 euros more for the LTE version. Taking into account that the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 is selling right now for around $190, it seems too high, even if this is a new tablet and it is logical that it is more expensive. The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 arrived by $160 and it seems more reasonable to expect that this Galaxy Tab A2 S, even if it is 8 inches, do it for under 200 euros.
For the rest, all the characteristics fully coincide with everything that the previous records had already revealed to us: HD resolution (1280 x 800), 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage. It seems that we have very little to discover about it, except the conditions of its launch, particularly when it will take place. We hope that changes soon.
