A convertible to hunt down the Surface Pro 3
The information has not come to us directly from a source close to Google, but through the environment of the manufacturer that is in charge of the development of this new device with which apparently those of Mountain View want to follow in the wake of Surface Pro 3 and expand the market of their Chromebook, which are doing well at the moment, but are very limited to the US educational market.
As we say, the device in question would formally be a Chromebook, but it would have some slightly special qualities, since it could be transformed into tablets simply uncoupling the keyboard and would have the two operating systems of the company: Android y Chrome OS. The way we use the convertible would also determine which of the two we use: Android without a keyboard, and Chrome with a keyboard.

This convertible, in any case, is not an isolated project of Google rather, it would be part of more ambitious plans to continue advancing towards tighter Android and Chrome OS integration, of which we will have at least one advance in the I / O de may.
