Logitech has presented its new iPad keyboard case incorporating the variables of color and texture by giving total importance to the fabric with which they are made. Besides this, FabricSkin Keyboard Folio for iPad brings an interesting difference with respect to its competitors: it is the first case that brings the keyboard directly embedded in the fabric.
The Logitech product adds to its extensive catalog of accessories for Apple tablets. This time the difference is in a rather innovative design. From a common starting point in terms of functionality, different finishes are chosen that seek an emotional appeal in the consumer.
The common part is a classic folio case that protects the screen and the iPad case. It has folds to fold it in different ways to give it support function or to take off the screen while preserving the outer protection. However, the keyboard is not an accessory or it is magnetically attached to a plastic structure as we have seen in other models of the company or its rivals. This time the keys come directly out of the sleeve, they are embedded in the material itself. The chosen fabrics are waterproof so the protection of the keyboard against liquids, as well as the tablet in rainy situations is guaranteed.
La differential part are the colors and the type of fabric chosen. Color combinations are made between the inside and outside of the cover in a very attractive way. There are six models in which the predominant colors are: red, yellow, sky blue, navy blue, gray and black.
FabricSkin Keyboard Folio has a pretty high price$ 149, making it the company's most expensive iPad case. Even the recent Ultrathin Keyboard Cover is cheaper. At the moment, it is in pre-sale in the United States in four colors, so it will take a while to arrive in Spain.
