Fortunately, it seems that this wait is finally coming to an end.
Monument Valley 2 is already on Google Play and we can register
Indeed, months after it was launched in the App Store at last tonight is the expected Monument Valley 2 has appeared in Google Play. The not so good part of the news is that no, that does not mean that we will be able to download it now, because at the moment the only option we have is to sign up, which is going to help us, you know, to receive a notice as soon as it is available and to be able to get hold of it immediately.
Even if the news is not as good as we would have liked, it is at least a sign that its launch is already near, although we cannot know exactly how much, because there has been no communication of any kind. ustwo accompanying this sudden appearance in Google Play that allows us to put an official date on the launch or that could serve as an orientation.
At the height of the sequel?
The problem with releasing a sequel to a game like Monument Valley is that its creators have to meet expectations that are simply through the roof. Or at least they were when they reached the App Store, where we can find endless reviews in which the argument "is good, but not as good as the first" are constantly repeated.
We have to say that the complaints are usually centered on the fact that the main story lacks magic and that the levels are rather simple, but our impression is that neither the plot nor the difficulty were the great attractions of the first Monument Valley And what nobody denies is that it is still an exquisite game in terms of design, and in any case the evaluations are, on the whole, mainly positive. It is not bad in any case to be forewarned or at least contain our expectations a bit.
Some puzzle games to liven up the wait
In any case, we will have no choice but to wait a bit to test it on our devices. Android And judge for ourselves, as long as we dare to pay the around 5 euros that we suppose it will cost (based on what it costs in the App Store), but that, yes, at least they will free us from in-app purchases.
