At the beginning of 2016, the Chinese company Blackview occupied pages in specialized portals thanks to its jewel in the crown at that time, the R7. This device was characterized by offering great autonomy and above all, by image benefits such as 2K resolution that allowed it, at first glance, to compete against its immediate rival, Elephone, another firm from the country of the Great Wall that has achieved admirers and detractors alike. Despite the differences between the different models launched by both technologies, in both cases there are similar strategies that are also common to many other firms: Terminals in appearance, balanced, with an affordable price and whose target markets are the medium ranges and input.
However, and as we have recalled on other occasions, the actors in the sector from the Asian giant seem to stand out from the generalized trend followed by the most important manufacturers based on a decrease in the number of models launched both in tablet format and in smartphones before a possible context of saturation. This is exemplified in the case of BlackView through P20, of which more features have already been released and which could be the company's flagship at least during the first months of 2017. Are we facing a device that comes to demonstrate once again, the innovation capacity of the Chinese technology, or will it simply be a terminal that will not offer great news?

Although the material with which their covers would be equipped has not yet been confirmed, the leaked photographs show a phablet that could continue to use plastic as the main element. Autonomy, as we remembered at the beginning, would be another of its strengths and a claim, since it would be equipped with a 6.000 mAh battery that would not only be optimized thanks to the work of Doze, but also, by a fast charging technology of which no further details have transpired. Regarding connectivity, no further information has been revealed, although the logical thing would be for it to have support for 3G, 4G and WiFi networks.
Availability and price
Despite the fact that a large part of its characteristics have already been confirmed, the truth is that there are still quite a few unknowns to solve about the P20. Among them, their launch date, the channels through which they will be available and last but not least, their starting price. As we have seen through some of its characteristics in terms of image or performance, we could find ourselves before a terminal that would be located either at the top of the input range, or at the most basic of the mid-range. However, time will be the only factor that can resolve these issues.
Blackview is not well known in our country, however, terminals like this could be the spearhead of the company for expansion in other markets away from China.
