With all releases that took place at the end of spring, summer is being very busy when it comes to tablet deals, some for the new models and some for the old ones. Some of them have been for specific days, but there are a few still valid, and we are going to review all of them to put a little order and help you verify that you are not missing any.
Offers on new high-end models
It is not exactly common to find that we can buy the best tablets of the moment, launched just a few months ago with prices below the official ones, but these days it has been possible. In the case of iPad Pro 10.5 we have found it at the price of iPad Pro 9.7, which means a saving of about 60 euros that can come in handy if only to get a cover. Taking into account how interesting the discount was, it is not surprising that they have run out of stock at the moment, but it seems that the conditions are maintained for when they receive more units.
For Galaxy Tab S3 we had this days an offer that left us with almost 100 euros discount, but that one, unfortunately, has ended. If you did not arrive in time to take advantage of it, in any case, we have at least the opportunity to buy it a little cheaper than usual through Amazon (its official price is 670 euros, but it is usually already found for 650 euros).
Offers on new mid-range models
With regard to the mid-range, the ones that we cannot miss are the offers for Huawei tablets that are appearing these days and that we reviewed yesterday: the MediaPad M3 by less than $270, MediaPad M3 10 Lite by $250, MediaPad T3 10 with 4G by under 200 euros and MediaPad T3 7 by $80, almost at the price of Fire 7.
As you can see, there is a lot to choose from and the most interesting thing is that, which are all for new models launched a couple of months ago, with the only exception of the MediaPad M3 that it is a tablet that saw the light at the end of last year and that, in terms of technical specifications at least, it is still practically unbeaten (in fact, it is a high-end tablet in hardware).
Price drops for older high-end models
If even with discounts the iPad Pro 10.5 and the Galaxy Tab S3 are still going a bit on our budget, we always have the option to bet on their predecessors, with still high-level features. The Galaxy Tab S2 has been seen for quite good prices, especially the 8 inch, but it is true that, in general, it has not changed much due to the arrival of the new model (it is difficult to find it for less than $400, usually). The iPad Pro 9.7, however, it can be purchased right now through Amazon for up to $550 and there are also very interesting offers for the model 12.9 inches.
But there are also interesting offers to consider among Windows tablets. If we can do without enjoying the latest generation of processors, we have discounts up to 300 euros, depending on the model, for the Surface Pro 4. Keep in mind that except for this one that we mentioned and that we can notice more, there are many improvements to the new model that probably won't cost us so much to do without.
Price drops for older mid-range models
In the field of the mid-range and although it is not a novelty, it is always necessary to highlight in the first place the Galaxy Tab A 10.1, which is still on Amazon right now for $180 and at this price it is practically impossible to find a better alternative (unless we are interested in the 4G connection, in which case it may be better for us to take into account that version of the MediaPad T3 that we mentioned earlier).
With slightly higher prices because in fact they are rather high-end tablets due to their characteristics, you must always take into account the Yoga Tab 3 Plus, which can be purchased right now for just over 300 euros but that sometimes falls below that figure even, and the Yoga Book, an original 2-in-1 concept that in its Android version we can buy for under 450 euros right now.
An alternative to always keep in mind: Chinese tablets
It also does not hurt to take into account that we always have the Chinese tablet market at our disposal if we are looking not to spend a single euro more than necessary to have the technical specifications we want and we have a recent review at your disposal, so that you can take keep an eye out for some of the more interesting options.
The big star, of course, is the Mi Pad 3 that little by little it can be found cheaper and cheaper in different importers, already lowering in many of them from the $250. You already know, anyway, if you want to save even more, that it seems to us that the Mi Pad 2 It is still a great option, and although it no longer has the same presence, it can still be purchased for under 200 euros.
