Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 begins to update to Android 4.1.2 in Spain

We get confirmation that Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is being updated to Android 4.1.2 in Spain. Thanks to one of our readers, Iván Rábano, who has already received the new firmware, we have been able to confirm what many already expected. Send us a photo of your tablet with the software information after updating.

For almost a couple of weeks, know that baseband version N8000XXCLL1 it was being distributed by some countries, specifically starting with Germany. Now we have the confirmation that it arrives in Spain.

Samsung has had a very busy beginning of the year not only with the presentation of new devices, but it is also taking the update of its leading terminals to Jelly Bean. In the Galaxy Tab 2 the update was to Android 4.1.1.

Android 4.1.2 update for galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N800

In this case the update may arrive by OTA, in a passive way and waiting for the terminal to tell us that there is an update, or we can connect the device to a laptop and use KIES to do it. The new firmware not only brings basic Google software but also brings the Samsung Premium Suite. It is a set of applications and functionalities superimposed on the Android base layer that improve the experience of using the S-Pen, stylus of the Note, for drawing, design and office applications. In short, it is a software designed to get the most out of the tablet.

So the model GT-N8000 joins the other two phablets in the range in obtaining one of the latest versions of Google's operating system as well as the latest version of the specific pack from the Korean company.

If you also have a Note 10.1 and are receiving the update, let us know and share your impressions in the comments.

Again, thanks to Iván Rábano for the photo that he sent us.

Also confirmed updated, although I see that it is a little slower.

    Updated
I want to note that now the screen has lost some precision and has become slower.

The image gallery, simply a disaster.
It costs him a lot to load, he does not load all the files and when he passes the photos he is totally hooked and with a total lack of precision.
I have a lot of images on the Micro-SD card, but before the update it worked perfectly and with total finesse and fluency.
It can be said that this option has been lost, because it is fatal and it is like losing your nerves.
I hope they quickly provide an urgent solution.

    All the best

In addition, and from what I continue to observe, now it costs a lot to load the pages on the Internet and it consumes much more battery.
It seems like a step backwards instead of forward.
Everything that has been said works so badly, that I use the laptop again and I am leaving the tablet parked, when it should be the opposite.
If now I were to buy a tablet and when testing it I saw this operation, it is clear to me that I would no longer buy this tablet.
All this makes me think again ……… ..in Apple.

I updated it and I can't find the multiscreen option. Can someone tell me how to get it out or if I have to go back to the ice cream system with which it came?

I have my tablet (GT-5110) anchored in 4.0.3 and I cannot update it either by OTA or by KIES, no available software updates appear. What should I do?
