A few days ago we heard the news that Google bought Nik Sofware the company that has developed Snapseed un photo editing software available for PC and Mac and also released as an iOS app. Almost all the specialized press presented this application as Instagram rival. In this article we will try to explain why this comparison is somewhat useless and, specifically, what differentiates Snapseed from Instagram.
Instagram, it is a great application, without a doubt. It allows share photos on our social networks, Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr, after giving them a better look with the 18 filters available. In addition to sharing them, we can geolocate them and thus see our photos together with that of our friends on the map. Thus, it also fulfills the role of an exhibitor of photos. It works great, it is simple and wide in a new direction the camera management applications, it is not a revolution in software and therefore It's free.
