Sony just announced the launch of PlayStation Mobile Developer Program. This initiative would be one of the last elements necessary for Sony's mobile games store to be successful. The other clear element is that more devices are certified within the program. Sony has open a portal for developers where they can sign up for $ 99,99. After paying that fee they will be able to publish all the titles they want for a year.
