In this tutorial we are going to teach you how to send short messages (SMS) from our tablet thanks to a free application called TabletSMS by DeskSMS.
Installation.
The first thing we must do is install, on our smartphone, the DeskSMS application, available in a free on the Play Store. Once installed, we run it and a window will appear asking for permission to access our data.
We accept this window and select the email account to which we will associate the application.
Next, we proceed to install the application on our tablet where we will receive the sms that we receive on the mobile. TabletSMS can be downloaded from the Play Store for free.
Once installed, the application will show us a notice that reminds us that we must first install the client on our smartphone, and then that it will look for the account of DeskSMS associated in the gmail account of our tablet (which must be the same as in our smartphone).
Once the system checks our associated account on both devices, they are synchronized and we can see the most recent sms on our tablet.
The use of the program is simple. In options we can only configure if we want notifications or not. In the upper right we have 3 buttons, the first one marks all messages as read. The second allows us to create a new sms from a contact in our agenda, and the third in the form of a garbage can is to delete a message or chain of messages.
When we receive an SMS, we will receive it at the same time on our tablet and on our smartphone, and we can connect from either of the two.
The SMS that we send from DeskSMS will be billed according to the rate that we have on our smartphone, they are not free, and the recipient will see them associated with our phone number.
"The SMS that we send from DeskSMS will be billed according to the rate we have on our smartphone, they are not free, and the recipient will see them associated with our phone number."
Then the headline "TabletSMS: How to send free SMS from the tablet" ??????? Go if you want to fool people!
