The records of the benchmarks appeared do not give much information about their characteristics, although the main news is actually that there is a mobile device in tests with the name of Nvidia TegraNote. The screen would have a resolution of 1280 x 800, which seems to confirm that it is a tablet, but there is no additional detail about the size of the screen.
