The great phablet that Huawei presented during the last CES in Las Vegas will be a reality shortly. Its arrival in China has already been announced for March 21, that is, just within a week, with a price of $ 500 (380 €s approximately). In addition, the team has appeared on the page of Amazon in Germany (with one of its distributors) although more expensive, 499 euros. Regarding Spain, we still do not know when it will begin to be sold, but quite possibly the thing will end up extending until the middle of the year.
Sometimes the world of technology is a bit infuriating. Devices are advertised with so much advance that when they are finally released, newer ones are already being presented (also well in advance) forming a kind of loop in which one can never have "the latest." Few manufacturers announce their equipment when it is really ready to be launched and in the usual trance it usually takes a few months, which perhaps results counter-productive to maintain the expectation in the consumer.
In this sense, we must highlight Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),. Although the apple is "advancing" the presentation of the products by filtration, usually its gadgets can be bought a week after being officially announced.
El Ascend Mate, a phablet that surprised everyone in his presentation during the last CES has already announced its launch in China within a week for something under 400 euros. However, the arrival in Europe of the team will not take place before the middle of the year, so the device is losing that surprise factor that it achieved at the time of its presentation. When it finally reaches the market, many new generation terminals with much more powerful specifications will be circulating in complete safety, the HTC One and Galaxy S IVWithout going any further, and who knows if another phablet of a similar size and also better will have been announced.
El Ascend Mate caught our attention in January, especially for its 6,1-inch screen. The other features are rather mid-range: 720p HD screen, 8 MPx camera, 1,5 GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, etc. For now in the shop of Amazon German mark a price of $499, but it is a dealer, so it is not very reliable. We will be attentive to its evolutions.
