Google wants to introduce a new option to make its 7-inch tablet more attractive. For this, a new color option has been introduced in its finish. From now on in the United States store we can find a Nexus 7 in white. Until now it was only available in the classic black or dark gray color and it looks like it has simply received a coat of paint as a variation.
We are in the middle of the Christmas season and it is clear that any incentive for the purchase adds up to the final results of the companies. The appeal of the Google device is clearly in the value for money and the cutting-edge software that they use and will continue to use. Although we already know that there are buyers for whom aesthetics have a unique value.
The white Nexus 7 can only be purchased in your 32GB version and no LTE connection. As expected, the color change does not mean any price increase. At the moment, it is only available in the United States store, but in the case of arriving in Spain it would cost $269.
Book case for Nexus 7
If you already have this tablet but want to give it one new life with color, Google has added a new official case for Nexus 7. It is a folio case o Book-style cover which turns out like a kind of bumper but with front cover. The rubber with which it is made covers the entire profile of the tablet, exposing the rear.
Then the cover takes care of protecting the screen, although it can be folded back and folded in three parts to acquire functions of stand in two different positions: video and keyboard.
It will be marketed in red and black, therefore, we can choose between variation and chromatic continuity.
