This week in the ranking of most downloaded free iPad games we come across a couple of great releases, coming from both successful studios and Rovio (Angry Birds Fight) or King.com (Alpha Betty Saga). Some less popular titles, but also interesting, complete the top 5: Slain (RPG), Triple jump (arcade) and Final Kick (football).
Angry Birds Fight
As we told you this Friday, the birds of Rovio are already protagonists of a new game, which combines, on this occasion, some elements of the RPG with the indispensable and necessary puzzle of type of connect-3, in the purest style candy Crush Saga: our objective will be to overcome combats, for which we will have to join birds of the same color, and the more powerful the combinations, the more so will our powers.
Slain
Slain is App of the Week in the App Store and, although theoretically it is a RPG and in fact, it retains some typical elements of the genre, such as heroes with different abilities, it is done more justice probably by presenting it as a game of action (or arcade, even), with very basic controls (practically it comes down to dodge and attack), endless battles and a frenetic pace.
Alpha Betty Saga
A new game of the successful king.com has also arrived this week at the App Store, with which they intend to conquer on this occasion the terrain of the social word games, although in reality this is fundamentally an individual game and we are not going to compete directly against our friends in a game, but it is only about comparing the rate at which we are advancing.
Triple jump
There is also no lack of a new title from the prolific Ketchapp, very much in line with all his previous successes: with the same aesthetic Minimalist to which they have us accustomed, in Triple jump we will simply have to avoid the obstacles that we are encountering by chaining several jumps before reaching the ground.
Final Kick
Final Kick is the ultimate simulator of penalty shots who has managed to succeed in the App Store, with quite good graphics, simple controls, different possibilities to introduce effect to our shots, several customization options for our players, a multiplayer mode to compete online against other users and several tournaments also in which to compete offline.
