While we are still waiting for new information on the next flagship of Sony to be launched internationally, we get the news that the company has decided to present, for the moment, a new phablet that thanks to various improvements, it may still be a mid-range, but it is much closer to the high-end: the Xperia Cosmos that we heard about a couple of months ago is now official and, as expected, it is finally the successor to Xperia C3. The truth is that although the personality of the smartphones of Sony is still fully recognizable, you can see some novelties in the design of this Xperia C4 compared to its predecessor, with more rounded corners and somewhat smaller frames (the upper and lower, mainly) that, in fact, make it significantly smaller (15,03x7,74 inch), although the thickness is even somewhat greater (7,9 mm). Technical Specifications
The screen is still 5.5 inches, but there has been a significant resolution jump, going from being HD to Full HD. There are also changes in the processor section, which is now a Mediatek M76752 eight core to 1,7 GHz and it has also improved the RAM memory, reaching the 2 GB. The same is found in the cameras section, since this Xperia C4 comes with a sensor 13 MP in the back cover and another of 5 MP on the front (accompanied by LED flash). The storage capacity will be 16 GB expandable via micro-SD, the battery 2600 mAh and the operating system, of course, Android Lollipop.
Price and Availability
We still do not have concrete data on its price, although it is expected that with these technical specifications it will be relatively high. What we do know is that it will be released mid June in several countries, among which, fortunately, will be Spain.
