Zopo ZP960: another amazing phablet for less than 250 euros

Zopo ZP960

Quad-core processors Mediatek are going to represent an important revolution between devices low-cost, and we've been seeing samples of it for a few weeks now. The last phablet that will benefit from the low cost of these processors to offer amazing technical specifications for a very affordable price will be the Zopo ZP960, which will be sold for less than 250 euros and will have a screen Full HD, 2 GB RAM memory and camera 13 MP.

So far the market for phablets It was divided between high-end devices and cutting-edge technical specifications and low-cost devices, which offered us the advantages of a 5-inch screen or more, but whose characteristics were far from the benchmarks in the sector, such as the Galaxy Note II or, more recently, the HTC Droid DNA. However, since the Oppo Find 5, which was finally put on sale last week internationally for $375 (and that it was sold out after a few hours), every time we are getting to know more equipment that although by price they would have to be classified as low-cost, for their Technical specifications they are getting closer and closer to the high end.

Much to blame for this small revolution is the quad-core processors of Mediatek, whose low prices allow to greatly reduce the cost of production, and which offer a quite acceptable performance, even higher than that of the Snapdragon S4 two-core. Among the devices that mount them, we already presented you a few weeks ago the Neo N003 what will it cost only U.S. dollar 160, and this morning we have already told you about the new ZTE-U935, which will be sold for about $200. In both cases, we find a really spectacular value for money and the same happens with the new Zopo ZP960.

Zopo ZP960

This Zopo ZP960, practically traces the Technical specifications of the most advanced devices of the moment: 5 inches Full HD, 2 GB RAM memory 32 GB storage capacity and camera 13 MP. The main difference is, as we say, in the processor, which is obviously somewhat lower than the Snapdragon S4 Pro mounted by the latest big phablets. However, there is the difference in price to consider, as the Zopo ZP960 will sell for less than $250, which is less than half of what those cost. In addition, although in other cases these devices seem to never end up reaching Europe and the United States, in the case of Zopo (as in that of Oppo), they can be purchased directly through their website. Of course, we will keep you informed when there is more specific information about its launch.

It seems like a good phablet option, and at a good price. In mejorphablet.es there is a ranking of the best phablets of the moment.
