Chuwi Yoga is a clone of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet but with better specifications

Although it may be surprising, one of the best known Chinese private brands has decided to make a clone of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet. The equipment has been presented in the spring edition of the Hong Kong Electronics Fair which is leaving us very interesting news for the sector. We refer to the Chuwi Yoga that presents some more attractive specifications than the model on which it is inspired.

Chuwi Yoga looks like a 10-inch screen tablet, although its resolution has not been specified. Uses the same support system as the lenovo model and therefore has a thicker part to grip. There, a flange hinge is installed that acts as a foot and that gives us two more options of use, reaching a total of three.

It stands out because it brings a eight core processor. Specifically the MediaTek MT6595 based on big.LITTLE architecture formed by a group of quad core Cortex-A17 and another group of quad core Cortex-A7. In this sense, it goes much further in performance than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet that brings a Cortex-A7 quad-core processor also from MediaTek.

Also has 4G connectivity over LTE bands and it's a team dual SIM, so we could have two different types of contracts to access mobile networks.

It has a 13 MPX rear camera with LED Flash, something unusual for a tablet. Its sound is stereo and the location of its speakers deserves a special mention, precisely on the sides of the thickest part. Lenovo put the power button there.

The release date of the Chuwi Yoga is not yet known, although it seems that the model is completely finished, so it should not take long. We don't know its price either, but we should expect a downward reference, given that this brand has never used really low prices.
