How to recover deleted contacts from Google
Recovering Google contacts on a new device is not the same as recovering deleted contacts. After we show how to recover Google contacts, here are the steps to follow to recover deleted Google contacts.
This process can be done from a mobile device and from the Google website.
Recover deleted contacts from mobile
Before resorting to the web version, we must check if we can carry out this process directly from our device. This function is not available in all Android terminals, since it is the manufacturer that, through the customization layer, can include it or not.
- The first thing we need to do is access the Contacts app.
- Next, we access the application settings through the menu located in the upper right corner.
- Next, click on organize contacts.
- Within Organize contacts, we look for the Recently deleted option. In this section, all the contacts that we have deleted in the last 30 days are shown. If more than 30 days have passed, it is impossible to recover them.
- To recover a strapped contact, we select them by clicking on the Recover button.

- We access the web where they are all contacts of our Google account and enter our account data.
