We review the most interesting options that we have right now and those that will soon also be in stores.
Surface Pro
We start with what we would say is the newcomer, but not even that at the moment: the 4G version has been announced from the first moment by Microsoft and there is little doubt that Panai will announce its launch on Microsoft event for October 31 and November 1, but you may have to wait until the end of the year. From what we have seen in its first online appearances, it will be an option for models with a processor Intel Core i5 and it could raise the price around 150 euros (although this part must be taken with great precautions). Galaxy Book 12
The best option right now, especially if you don't want to wait for the Surface Pro, is the Galaxy Book 12, because, fortunately, Samsung Yes, he has been aware from the first moment of the importance that having a mobile connection can have for many of those who bet on a 2 in 1, precisely because of mobility. What must be taken into account in this case, is that the LTE connection It is part of the configuration of the superior model, and goes along with other improvements, such as more RAM or more storage capacity, which is why its price goes up to $1630 (a similar figure to what we expect for the Microsoft equivalent, but including keyboard and S Pen).
ThinkPad X1
Although the 2-in-1 high-end Windows de Lenovo The one that we normally refer to is the Miix 720, but what we want is a 4G connection, where we have to put our eyes is on the ThinkPad X1, which we can buy directly from the Lenovo website in various configurations, two of them with LTE: one is the model with Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, which is sold for $1670; the other is the model with Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage capacity, for $2110. For the model with i5, it will probably pay us more to bet on Samsung's, but if we want something even more powerful, the model with i7 is surely our best option.
Miix 520
We have to continue highlighting the tablets of Lenovo, among other things because it is one of the manufacturers with a broader catalog for tablets Windows, and it's interesting, above all, because it also has some slightly more affordable options. We do not yet know how much we are going to save compared to the previous ones with the Miix 520, because this is one of those to leave them pointed out for the moment (it has just been presented and we are still waiting for news of its official launch), but taking into account that the starting price should be much lower, it should be noted: it will arrive with Intel Core i3 processors from the seventh generation onwards, but with a Full HD screen and some other sacrifices, we hope that its price can be maintained between 700 and 800 euros.
Miix 320
An even cheaper option that gives us again Lenovo, although here it happens to us as with the Galaxy Book, that the price of the Miix 320 It goes up a lot compared to the standard model (which is 300 euros), but we must bear in mind that it is because this extra is included in the same pack as many better ones: in addition to the LTE connection, here we now also have a screen Full HD and 128 GB of storage capacity, all for 450 euros. If it is still a bit expensive, we should be careful because right now it is out of stock, but in the Lenovo website discounts are found with certain frequency for the different models and on occasion we have seen it for around 400 euros.
Other 4G tablets with good prices
As we always say when we talk about tablets to work, in any case, it is worth asking ourselves to what extent we need to have Windows as an operating system to work, because of course we also have versions with mobile connection of the iPad Pro 12.9, or if we are looking for something cheaper and our daily tasks do not demand too much of us, we can consider getting some of the mid-range Android 4G tablets most interesting of the moment, with much more affordable prices, of course.
